Prague Hotel Residence Retezova is in the very heart of the Old Town city centre, just a few steps away, on the cobbled streets of the famous "Astronomical Clock". It is surrounded by the most significant historical landmarks of Prague.

The renovated houses in Prague street Retezova date from the 14th century and one of them (No. 3), originally a much older structure, was home to the land administrator George of Podebrady until 1458 when he was elected king of Bohemia.
When you enter the Hotel Retezova Residence, you can see how the building has developed in the course of centuries. While the ground floor features well-preserved Gothic vaults and authentic stone door jambs, the upper floors display magnificent painted Renaissance wooden ceilings dating from the early 17th century.

All the nine four-star suites, however, provide sophisticated comfort, well hidden in their stylish furniture and harmoniously complementing the historical interiors.
