The building of hotel was built in 1913 and is in Art Nouveau style. It is located in the centre of Prague, on the bank of the Vltava River, the High Castle (Monastery Vysehrad) and the very center of historical Prague.

The art nouveau house is a monument of culture and was built in 1913 in the centre of Prague on the bank of the river Vltava between the National Theatre and High Castle (Vysehrad). Tram and metro stops are a few steps from the hotel. The position offers easy access to historical monuments and cultural buildings in Prague. The only sandbeach in Prague and for anglers the river offers the possibility to fish is in front of Residence STANDARD on the bank of the river Vltava.
