Prague Hotel Rott is located in the very centre of historical Prague at Little Square (Male namesti), adjoining the well - known Old Town Square (Staromestske namesti).
It combines historical atmosphere of originally roman houses with the modern amenities.

Buildings date back to 13th century, which is reflected in characteristic ground plan of the cellars (grounds reach 5 metres under the pavement level). It was rebuilt in mid. 6th century and than in 17th and 19th century. Famous ironmongery U Rotta dates from year 1855. One of the buildings prides itself with beautiful frescoes inspired by Mikolas Ales paintings that its owners had decorated in 1897 and that embellish the facade till today.

Prague Hotel Rott was reopened after the challenging reconstruction in 2002.

Restaurant and Café Rott are both situated on the groundfloor of Hotel Rott and have an open view throught the large windows directly into the Little Square.
