Santini Residence is situated in one of the most famous steets in Prague Lesser Town, near Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge.

Well preserved building from 17th century has many attractive features and tastefull amenities.
The name is after famous architect Santini, who owned the building at the beginning of 18th century. Wooden painted ceilings, original arches, nice views of roofs.

Building was sensitively reconstructed in 2006 to meet highest accommodation standards.

Reception is constantly available, ready to meet your wishes 24 hours a day, happy to assist you with tickets for various cultural, sport or social events, reservations in selected restaurants, sightseeing tours, tickets for public transport and others.
Highly qualified masseurs can be arranged right into your room. Nearby luxurious wellness centres will great you at your convenience.

Breakfast is served directly to your room and you can choose from four kinds of menu (Healthy breakfast, English breakfast, Sweet breakfast, Savoury breakfast).

Santini´s Bar & Café on ground floor is good place to enjoy your dinner by bottle of good wine.

Small meeting room can hold 12 people for businness lunches, private dinners or closed mettings.

International newspapers, library, free high speed wifi connection, printer and other necessary equipment is available in traditional English club Business Centre. You can take your time here, in comfortable armchairs.

Suite - Elisabeth room no.3
Quiet room with nice view to the atrium has noble arches and pleasant shades of honey. Two bedrooms, 2 marble bathrooms and separate kitchen with dinning table makes it very suitable for families up to four persons. One of the most comfortable suites.
Suite - Santin room no.4
Very special suite in dark blue shades with a view of Nerudova street. Original fountain fresco and atypical bathroom (with heated marble wall of course) gives the suite intimate charm.
Junior Suite - Jan room no.5
Original painted ceilings with provincial motives, original porcelain stove on background of deep blue colours and view of the Nerudova street are main features of this attractive room.
Suite - Veronika room no.6
The largest suite has spacious living room and bedroom with wooden ceilings. Brick-golden shades and flower designed curtains evoke feelings of harmony. There are two marble bathrooms and view of the hotel atrium, which makes room quiet.
Suite - Antonie room no.7
Over 60 sq meters of tastefull combination of navy design with dark blue and golden colours. Windows on both sides (on one side is nice, architect Santini projected Morzinsky palace and on the other is hotel atrium with working ancient sun clock) of the room let you feel elevated.
Junior Suite - Barbora room no.8
Original painted ceilings and golden tones of coverings evoke quiet luxury atmosphere. Monumental building of Academy of the musical arts is visible from the window.
Suite - Anna room no.9
Distinctive atmosphere of English garden in the spring and view of the typical red roofs of Prague Lesser Town are high values of this suite. Flower designed armchairs and sofa, light warm tones and wooden ceiling - this all fills you with a power you come to regain on your holiday.  
Executive - Ignac room no.10
Painted wooden ceilings and day lighted bathroom are main features of the cosiest room in Santini Residence. View of the flowery corridor and original sun clock in hotel atrium offers quiet and privacy hard to find elsewhere in the centre of Prague.  
Suite - Jana room no.11
Beautiful view of the St. Nicolas church (3rd floor) from spacious noble-red coloured suite with frescos all arround and day lighted extensive kitchen with and large bathroom are features suitable not only for longer stays.
