The restaurant is situated in ghotic cellars blessed with a rich history full of legends and romance. The oldest known notice of building "In the Blue Rose" reaches back as far as to the year 1364. In the fifteenth century a small brewery with a beer pub was located in these premises and during the middle-ages the rooms of our restaurant were actually the ground floor of the building which you can still recognise by the bricked-up gothic window. The restaurant offers a perfekt ambience for business meetings as well as for festive lunches or dinners. It serves specialities of Czech and International cuisine, prepared in ether a classical or modern way, incluiding flambeing. Our wide range of wines ?
